Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction. We prioritize a Safe working environment and expect all associates to adhere to strict Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately place received items into designated storage areas.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Must be capable of significant Lifting and moving of products throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a Safe work environment.
