Our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within our logistics network. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and process shipments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to upholding safety standards. This role requires someone who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving are essential. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all associates are expected to adhere to safety protocols and use the required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
