Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Associate for our Seattle, Washington facility. This role is fundamental to our distribution operations, contributing to the seamless flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and expect all employees to adhere to strict guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
  • Store products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for customers.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Strictly follow all safety regulations, including Lifting guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control measures, such as cycle counts.
  • Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
