You will work closely with our logistics team to maintain efficient warehouse operations and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to a supervisor immediately.
- Understand and follow instructions for safe Lifting techniques.
- Support other warehouse operations as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Reliable and punctual.
