We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on the movement and organization of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and preparing goods for distribution and shipment, ensuring a seamless flow of products within our facility. Your contribution is vital to our overall logistics network, guaranteeing that inventory is managed effectively and ready for onward travel. We maintain a strong emphasis on workplace safety , requiring all personnel to utilize provided PPE and strictly adhere to all safety regulations. Key duties include:
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Transporting materials to and from designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Verifying the quantity and condition of incoming goods against documentation.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assisting with order picking and packing as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Performing routine inspections of equipment used for material handling.
