We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding warehouse facility in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics chain, responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your efficiency and accuracy directly contribute to our ability to meet customer demands. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
