Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and care. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and racks with incoming merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using a scanner or pick list.
  • Package products securely for shipment, ensuring all items are protected.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound transport, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
