We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to our logistics operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace. You will be hands-on with inventory and play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your efforts directly contribute to our reputation for excellent service in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas in an organized manner.
- Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, selecting the right materials.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts as required to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform regular lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs, employing safe lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists, labels, and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding and adherence to warehouse safety best practices and the use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
