Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against packing slips.
- Sort and store items on racks, shelves, or in designated bins according to established procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and location management.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and sealing containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available).
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the use of PPE .
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Support other warehouse functions and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform regular physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety .
- Willingness to wear and properly use required PPE .
