Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with shipping preparations and loading trucks.
  • Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
