Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility! This is a critical role within our logistics and supply chain management team, focused on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling stock levels, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal inventory management. A strong analytical mindset and a commitment to Safety are essential. You will work closely with various departments to troubleshoot inventory issues and contribute to process improvements. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable, and appropriate PPE will be provided. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records within the WMS.
  • Collaborating with operations, receiving, and shipping teams to address inventory challenges.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate supply for operational needs.
While this role is primarily analytical, some moderate Lifting and movement of inventory may be necessary during audits or investigations.
