Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to dispatching finished orders. This involves a variety of tasks including picking, packing, kitting, and staging orders for shipment. You will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step. A commitment to operational excellence, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are critical for success in this position. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and assemble orders according to customer specifications.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Perform kitting and assembly tasks as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to wearing necessary PPE at all times.
