We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our Salt Lake City, Utah warehouse. This position is a key component of our logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. You will operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport inventory between receiving, storage, and shipping areas, and assist with order picking and stocking. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety; candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of forklift operation, safety procedures, and hazard identification. Daily pre-shift inspections of equipment are required, and adherence to all traffic and operational rules within the warehouse is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a forklift operator and possess a valid certification. Familiarity with various forklift models and warehouse management systems is preferred. This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items, bending, and standing for extended periods. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. - Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
