its official: QS is a place where everyone can thrive./ph3Role Responsibilities/h3ulliSupport the wider sales team in developing and nurturing the pipeline for digital products and events across North America./liliManage a small quota of renewal and new-business clients, contributing to individual and team revenue targets./liliMaintain accurate and detailed records of client communications and activities in our CRM to ensure a personalized and consistent client experience./liliCollaborate closely with colleagues across teams by sharing client insights and working together to enhance our approach to customer engagement./liliAssist with monitoring key sales metrics and reporting activities to support team decision-making around pipeline and performance./liliParticipate in outreach campaigns, prospecting new clients, and supporting acquisition efforts under the guidance of senior team members./liliCarry out additional duties that align with the purpose and needs of the role./li/ulh3Beneficial Key Skills/h3ulliExperience within the Higher Education space across the Americas region (university environment, vendor, association, or regulatory body)/liliUnderstanding of U.S. university structures and familiarity with roles such as Admissions Directors, Deans, Recruitment leads, etc. (existing networks are a plus but not essential at junior level)./li/ulh3Skills Required/h3ulliPrior experience in sales, business development, admissions, or recruitment. Exposure to sales processes such as pipeline management, client communication, forecasting, and account support./liliBachelors degree required; Masters degree beneficial but not essential./liliComfortable working with CRM systems and confident using data to inform tasks./liliClear and professional communication skills./liliCompetent with the Microsoft Office suite./liliWillingness to travel domestically for conferences and client engagements when needed./liliA proactive, self-motivated approach and a desire to grow within a sales environment./li/ulpPlease note, if you dont meet all the criteria but believe you have the skills and passion to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply./ppQS is the world leader in higher education services, analytics, insights and intelligence.
