Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktakes.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily logistics goals.
- Handle tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 60 lbs.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
- Certification for forklift operation (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting and standing.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
