Join our team as a Material Handler in Cincinnati, Ohio, a vital role in our warehouse operations. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. This includes loading and unloading trucks, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring materials are stored correctly. Your ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a strong focus on Safety will be key to your success. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and bending. Experience with forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a plus, but not always required as training will be provided. You will work closely with other team members to ensure workflow efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our logistics department. This role demands attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are committed to providing a safe and productive environment for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials.
- Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
- Adhere to proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Use required PPE as instructed.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support Logistics operations.
