Are you a team player with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will encompass picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. You'll utilize hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and order fulfillment progress. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, emphasizing the importance of adherence to all Safety guidelines. This is an excellent entry-level position in the logistics sector, offering training and opportunities for advancement. - Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Verifying order accuracy before dispatch.
- Receiving incoming goods, checking for damages, and stocking items in designated locations.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to warehouse safety standards.
- Using PPE as required by the job function and company policy.
- Applying proper lifting techniques to handle various package sizes and weights.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts and full inventory assessments.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
