Become a key member of our distribution team as a Picker/Packer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is vital for our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner instructions, verifying product accuracy and quantity, and then carefully packing them for transit. Key duties include using RF scanners, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and has a strong understanding of warehouse processes. This position requires significant walking, standing, and involves moderate to heavy Lifting. Your Safety is our utmost priority; we provide all necessary PPE and enforce strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order requirements.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support the overall logistics flow.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
