We are looking for motivated Order Pickers to join our growing logistics operation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting customer orders from warehouse shelves. This role is fundamental to our customer satisfaction, ensuring that the right products are picked, packed, and shipped on time. You will use handheld scanners or other technology to identify and retrieve items, verifying quantities and product codes. Accuracy and speed are essential. This position involves significant walking, standing for extended periods, and frequent Lifting. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority; all team members are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting equipment as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting the overall logistics flow.
- Contribute to team goals and foster a positive work environment.
