Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily picking and packing goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
