We are hiring Picker/Packers for our Baltimore, Maryland warehouse! If you are meticulous, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will play a key part in our logistics process by ensuring orders are accurately picked and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping, using appropriate materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as scanners and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Follow all company procedures, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Communicate any stock shortages, damages, or other issues to management.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations as directed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a picking and packing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear and use all necessary PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
