This dynamic role is integral to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including picking products, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics network. We maintain a rigorous commitment to safety; therefore, the use of required PPE and adherence to all safety protocols are non-negotiable. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. You will work within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to meet daily fulfillment targets. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including applying labels and documentation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
