This physically demanding role requires stamina, including prolonged periods of standing and walking, combined with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a proactive approach to tasks. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product identification and quantities for each order.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Efficiently pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and RF scanner data accurately.
- Comfortable working with technology, including handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
