Become an essential part of our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Worker in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth movement of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, preparing shipments, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. You will operate material handling equipment and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We prioritize safety above all else, requiring strict adherence to protocols and the use of appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Regular lifting and manual labor are part of the daily routine. - Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE in logistics.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
