We are seeking reliable and proactive individuals to contribute to the efficiency and success of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will cover a wide range of essential warehouse operations, including receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Safe operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a key aspect of this role, and comprehensive training will be provided. We place the highest priority on workplace safety; all employees are required to follow stringent safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform significant Lifting tasks on a regular basis. A keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring order accuracy and preventing inventory discrepancies. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Report any safety concerns or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics flow.
