Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is paramount, and you will be trained on the safe operation of warehouse equipment. Our commitment to safety is unwavering; all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves regular and significant Lifting of products. Keen attention to detail is necessary to ensure inventory accuracy and the correct fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming stock.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Sort and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Report any operational issues or safety hazards to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
