Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse **logistics** strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Implement and enforce **safety** protocols and **PPE** policies.
- May involve some **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of **logistics** and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and **safety** protocols.
- Experience with **PPE** requirements and implementation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of warehouse **safety** best practices.
