We are seeking energetic Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities include locating products using scanners, verifying quantities, and carefully packing items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and Safety. This position is a key component of our daily logistics and order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and update order status.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Stage finished orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanners and order fulfillment systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
