We are looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles a high volume of products, contributing directly to our company's success in the logistics sector. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your contribution will be vital to our operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying against shipping documents.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, free from hazards.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including repetitive motions and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and eyewear.
