As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives across Otter Tail Power Company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OTP’s project management standards. You will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and accurate documentation. Collaboration with developers, engineers, analysts, business partners, and external vendors is key, as you guide project objectives, oversee contractor performance, and support procurement activities. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments to drive successful outcomes.

Competitive wage & benefit package.
The expected base compensation for this role is $76,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
