We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to upholding our high standards for safety and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled and staged for shipment.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and order progress.
- Comply with all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
