We are on the lookout for highly skilled Engineering Technicians (internally known as Unit Maintenance Technicians) to join our dynamic team at the Market Drayton Dairy . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship site that has recently undergone significant upgrades, with an investment of around £80 million in infrastructure, automation, and high-speed filling machines.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7-7, days & nights)
• Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x
• Signing Bonus: £5,000 (payable after passing probation)

• Experience in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environments
• Background in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production, and process settings
• Apprentice trained with proven experience on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
• Strong knowledge in filling and process technology
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Good understanding of preventative maintenance techniques
• Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
