You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Analyze inventory data and identify trends.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
