Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior DevOps Engineer
with strong experience in
AliCloud ,
Kubernetes , and
cloud-native platforms . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with the
Kubernetes stack (including Rubix platform) , observability tools, networking, security, and databases.
Apple / Big Tech experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage
cloud-native infrastructure
on
AliCloud , ensuring scalability, security, and high availability Provision, configure, and optimize
AliCloud services , including:
ECS, VPC, SLB, OSS, RDS, Function Compute
Implement and manage
Kubernetes environments , including the
core Kubernetes stack and Rubix platform Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
and deployment automation Implement
observability and monitoring
using
Prometheus, Grafana , and related tools Configure and manage
networking components , including:
VPCs, Ingresses, Load Balancers Certificate management, SSL/mTLS gRPC, REST, HTTP/JSON protocols
Perform
Linux/UNIX system administration
and automation using
Python and Shell scripting Support and troubleshoot
Java-based applications
in production environments Work with
NoSQL and relational databases , including:
Couchbase, Cassandra Oracle, PostgreSQL
Design and support
caching and cloud-native solutions , including:
SNS / SQS ElasticSearch, Solr
Apply strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, applications, and networking layers Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and operations teams, demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with
AliCloud (Alibaba Cloud)
core services:
ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB
Extensive experience with
Kubernetes , including the
Rubix platform Strong knowledge of
cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices Hands-on experience with
Prometheus, Grafana , and CI/CD tools Solid understanding of:
Networking fundamentals Ingress controllers Load balancing SSL / mTLS gRPC, REST, HTTP/JSON
Strong
Linux/UNIX administration
and scripting skills (Python, Shell) Experience working with
NoSQL databases
(Couchbase, Cassandra) and
RDBMS
(Oracle, PostgreSQL) Knowledge of
caching technologies and search platforms
(SNS/SQS, ElasticSearch, Solr) Ability to troubleshoot
Java applications
in distributed environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education
Bachelor of Technology
or equivalent degree in a relevant technical field
