What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance features
Triage and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operation of web systems and services
Work on web platform infrastructure projects to improve system health and performance
Participate in recruiting activities, including interviewing potential candidates
Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers on the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
2–6 years of experience in a web‑focused engineering role
Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+ and native DOM APIs, with experience in at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server‑side frameworks is a plus
Proven ability to build custom pages and components with a focus on performance and responsive design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field

Experience with test‑driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing
Passion for working on projects with measurable business impact
