Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist located in Toronto, ON. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, welcoming and assisting patients, handling incoming calls with professionalism, performing general receptionist duties, and supporting the dental care team. The role requires maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area and ensuring excellent communication between patients and the dental team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and general Receptionist Duties
• Basic knowledge of Dental Care or familiarity with dental terminology is an asset
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
• Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred
• Customer service skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus
