You will work with fellow analysts to analyze, conjecture, and manage investigations, product fixes, and optimizations to increase our yield and support our relationships with Media Partners./ppYou will be required to develop a deep understanding of the related data sources and leverage them to inform business decisions. You will be required to develop a deep understanding of our analytical tools and the automation of business processes and decision-making. You will need to leverage diverse problem solving strategies and balance multiple simultaneous efforts in a dynamic and high velocity environment./ppYou will be expected to delve into business problems and analyze opportunities for growth. You will be a locus for understanding advantages, weaknesses, and deploying creative approaches to analytical problems; you will be expected to communicate these insights in an effective and timely manner, responding to the analytical needs of the business, and delivering actionable plans for improving our business./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAnalyze user interaction and outcomes data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive business results./liliEnsure that data used for analysis is accurately modeled to solve for a variety of business questions that can span multiple sources of information./liliPartner with senior analysts to design, size, prioritize and execute tests to measure impact of new strategies./liliTranslate findings into clear and actionable outcomes for business decision making./liliSupport ongoing campaign and portfolio analysis across multiple product types./liliAssist in improving data processes, accuracy, and accessibility across teams./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulli3+ years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role./liliBachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field./liliExcellent attention to detail and ability to execute on parallel workstreams./liliStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data clearly./liliProficient in the use of SQL to access and summarize data through analytical queries./liliFamiliarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Proficiency in Excel./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize technical findings for business audiences./liliInterest in financial services, insurance, or digital marketing analytics preferred./li/ulpThe expected salary range for this position is $85,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the companys compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicants geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
