Role Overview We are seeking a skilled
Desktop Support Engineer
with 3+ years of hands?on experience to provide on?site technical support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting enterprise desktop environments, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction in a fast?paced professional setting. Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
Provide Level 2 desktop support for Windows-based environments Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment Deliver timely, customer-focused support to on?site users Systems & Account Administration
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365) Support email, collaboration, and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) Perform device imaging, deployments, and refreshes Networking & Connectivity
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/Wi?Fi, DNS, DHCP) Support VPN and remote access connectivity Escalate complex network or infrastructure issues as needed Ticketing, Documentation & Compliance
Log, track, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs Maintain accurate asset records and technical documentation Follow IT policies, security standards, and change procedures Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support / IT Support role Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) Working knowledge of Active Directory user administration, hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals), and basic networking fundamentals Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer?service skills Preferred / Advantageous Skills
Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF advantage) Exposure to Windows Server environments IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft preferred) Experience supporting users in corporate or enterprise environments Education
Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) Equivalent professional experience will be considered What We Offer
