We collaborate closely with media activation and account management teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making. The Manager of Media Analytics plays a critical role in analyzing campaign performance data, extracting key insights, and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients. This position is working on a large automotive client This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Smartsheet ecosystem, which is central to our campaign creation and management process. You will also leverage Tableau dashboards as a primary data source for performance analysis. What you'll do: Collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and execution. Analyze campaign performance data within Tableau and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Develop compelling narratives based on data analysis to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client presentations. Proactively identify potential test and learn opportunities based on data insights and formulate hypotheses for experimentation. Maintain and update the Smartsheet ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow for campaign management. This includes building and updating formulas within Smartsheet to adapt to evolving business needs. Contribute to the development and refinement of data activation processes and best practices. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and activation. Who you are: Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a growing team. What you'll need: 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the advertising industry Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques. Experience with Tableau (creating and modifying dashboards, calculations) is strongly preferred. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
