We are looking for motivated individuals to join us in ensuring smooth operations in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities Accurately pick products and perform quality control checks. Pack and prepare orders for shipment following established processes. Engage in cross-training across various warehouse functions and assist in special projects as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping and inventory tasks. Get trained and certified to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Qualifications We invite candidates with all levels of experience, including those new to warehouse work! If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting, we want you! Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for your entire shift. Capacity to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights of 20 to 30 feet. Self-motivated and eager to work within a team environment. Willingness to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with technology, such as computers, is a plus. Availability to work overtime to complete daily tasks as necessary. Performance Expectations Utilize your knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks effectively. Learn and implement new information and methods in your assigned area. Keep up to date with licenses, training, and certifications. Handle routine assignments and find solutions for challenges. Work within standard operating procedures while adhering to quality guidelines. Collaborate with moderate supervision, with output regularly reviewed by supervisors. Refer any complex problems to your supervisor. Pay Rate:
