In this exciting role, you will collect, validate, analyze, and organize data into insightful computerized reports. Your skills will be vital in transforming data into actionable insights, allowing us to meet customer needs effectively. You will utilize both mainframe and PC applications to generate reports and develop new applications or programs as necessary. You'll also create structured work plans, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain transparent communication regarding report status. Furthermore, your analytical expertise will be instrumental in solving business challenges related to automated systems. As a member of Health Now Administrative Services (HNAS), you will play a crucial role in delivering flexible, cost-effective solutions for employee health benefits. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Produce thorough reports using mainframe and PC applications, employing existing tools or creating new applications as needed. Develop custom files and reports in various formats/applications. Establish work plans to ensure timely project delivery, accurately forecasting completion timelines and providing status updates. Address and resolve technical issues related to automated systems, perform analyses, design test plans, and recommend effective solutions. Complete additional tasks as assigned. EDUCATION Required High School Diploma/GED Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Required 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency with end-user reporting tools. Preferred Familiarity with SAS, Excel, and various databases.
