What You'll Do: As a Senior Data Scientist, you will: Develop cutting-edge deep learning and multimodal generative models for text, image, and video generation. Evaluate trade-offs between open-source and Cloud APIs for multimodal Gen AI in terms of performance and cost. Work with large-scale datasets and curate in-house domain datasets from the ground up. Collaborate with engineering teams to define system interfaces and resolve dependencies. Standardize and build scalable systems following operational best practices. Create visual representations and reports to communicate insights effectively to business teams. Maintain a strong presence in the academic community through patents, publications, and conference presentations. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: Expertise in deep learning and generative/multimodal models. Experience in multimodal generative models encompassing text, image, audio, and video generation. Familiarity with visual language models for classification, object detection, segmentation, and more. Proficiency in model fine-tuning, deployment, and prompt engineering. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data science libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Pytorch. An advanced degree in relevant fields like computer science, statistics, or mathematics; a PhD is preferred. Publication experience in leading ML/AI/NLP conferences is a plus. Knowledge of programming languages, cloud technologies, and frameworks relevant to generative AI and deep learning.
