Our Software Engineering Managers combine strong technical knowledge with effective management skills to drive success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and nurture a high-performance team of software engineers focused on delivering outstanding products and solutions. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to encourage technical innovation and ensure successful project execution. Develop and implement technical strategies that align with our business objectives. Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. Minimum Qualifications: At least 8 years of software engineering experience or a PhD in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on technical management. Demonstrated success in recruiting, building, and leading technical teams, along with experience in performance management. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Skilled in supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers across varying skill levels. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a diverse team of engineers. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in hands-on technical management of large-scale distributed systems. Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
