As a Mobile Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued residents, providing an essential opportunity to create a positive first impression. This exciting role allows you to work at various locations, engaging with diverse customers throughout the area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Welcome all customers with a friendly and positive attitude as they enter the property. Promptly answer phone calls within 3 rings, ensuring courteous interactions. Maintain knowledge of room availability and openings. Sell rooms to guests both in-person and over the phone, and manage daily Craigslist ads. Accurately process all cash and charge transactions. Complete cash drops in the safe as required. Keep precise records of vacant rooms, including deposit slips and closing reports, and ensure alarm settings are followed. Process work orders from residents accurately in the system. Receive and distribute mail to residents effectively. Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service. Must be legally authorized to work following State and Federal guidelines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk continuously during each shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds as needed. Frequent face-to-face interactions with customers. Capability to multi-task while maintaining a positive demeanor in a busy environment. WORKING CONDITIONS Average 8-hour work shifts, including weekends and holidays, 5 days per week. Adhere to company uniform and hygiene policies.
