is hiring a
Data Analytics & Insights Manager
to support a critical infrastructure mission support program. Ideal candidates should have strong acquisition lifecycle management skills. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and become a trusted advisor. This position is a hybrid work environment, with onsite client engagement expected occasionally, office located in Washington DC.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Collect, analyze, and synthesize complex data from diverse sources Develop sophisticated tracking mechanisms and comprehensive management reports Create and administer dynamic user tools and productivity tracking worksheets Generate detailed summaries, visual charts, and data-driven narratives Manage multiple concurrent data-related tasks with precision and efficiency Support critical decision-making through advanced data interpretation Implement innovative data acquisition and analysis strategies Maintain and optimize databases and spreadsheet ecosystems Provide training and guidance on developed tracking tools and data management approaches Coordinate file management across organizational teams Support employee onboarding and organizational communication processes Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field At least four (4) years of documented experience in Data Management or Data Analyst positions Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite of software applications Documented ability to maintain operational security (OPSEC) Experience crafting and running Microsoft Excel scripts to ensure accuracy Demonstrated experience managing various data formats Ability to apply different strategies for data acquisition and analysis Experience using tools to creatively solve problems or manage large data sets Proven thoroughness and precision in task accomplishment Ability to develop tracking mechanisms and worksheets Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely leadership updates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Experience managing procurement-sensitive or law enforcement-sensitive information is preferred In lieu of a bachelor's degree, six (6) years of experience in data management will be accepted
SALARY RANGE: $73K-86K (subject to change)
