*Summary:* We are seeking an experienced *Lead Plumber* to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a journeyman or Master Plumber living in or near the Roaring Fork Valley who is ready to lead plumbing jobs, guide team members and ensure high-quality installations on both residential and commercial projects.
*Responsibilities*
* Supervise, coordinate, and participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems & related equipment.
* Assign daily work to crew and ensure high standards of quality & safety.
* Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure high standards of quality & safety.
* Evaluates and identifies the necessary parts and equipment
* Communicate with install supervisors to support with forecasting & material purchases
* Direct installation of assemblies & interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders.
*Requirements*
* Commercial journeyman or Master Plumber
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
* Strong knowledge of plumbing code & OSHA regulations
* Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate team activities effectively
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Attention to detail and precision in work
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Clean driving record and ability to be insured on commercial insurance
*Salary and Benefits:*
* *Salary:* $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
