It’s about building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen. What you’ll be doing: * Becoming an Expert: We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the tech world. You’ll learn how to speak the language of engineers and understand how big businesses operate. * The Hunt: You’ll use LinkedIn and specialist databases to find "hidden" talent that other recruiters miss. * Relationship Building: You’ll spend your time on the phone, interviewing candidates, and pitching our services to new and existing clients. * Lead Generation: You’ll learn how to spot opportunities in the market and turn a simple conversation into a business deal.
