Responsibilities As the Account Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end project delivery excellence and ensuring strong operational performance across the business unit. Lead and coordinate all projects from initiation to closure, ensuring full adherence to contractual commitments Drive delivery and quality performance, including achievement of RFT, OQD, OTD, and CSAT targets Maximise project profitability by optimising productivity, resource allocation, and offshore utilisation Serve as the primary customer interface at both local and project levels, strengthening long‑term partnerships Support business development activities, including bids, quotations, extensions, and capability proposals Ensure effective financial governance, including Project Finance Reviews, risk management, and cash control Oversee resource planning, utilisation, workforce forecasting, and collaboration with recruitment teams Provide performance and line management for employees within the business unit Work alongside Chief Engineers to support capability development, Personal Development Reviews, and technical excellence Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field Professional certifications such as APM, Prince2, PMP or equivalent are beneficial but not essential Essential skills You don't need to meet every requirement-if you have strong delivery leadership and client management experience, we'd love to hear from you.
