If you’re a passionate early years professional with a Level 3 childcare qualification , strong EYFS knowledge , and at least two years of leadership experience, this could be your perfect next step!

As a Nursery Manager, you’ll be entrusted to lead with confidence in a supportive, values-driven environment. You’ll implement our Bee Curious curriculum , designed to nurture curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners, while guiding your team to deliver outstanding early years education every day.

About You:

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively are essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
