Main ResponsibilitiesAs our Clinical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
- Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place
- Leading clinical governance and monitoring key performance indicators
- Providing clinical supervision to nursing staff
- Conducting appraisals and delivering training to your team
- Shaping service delivery to ensure clinically excellent outcomes
We are looking for an inspiring role model who is:
- A senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
- Skilled in building relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
- Confident in engaging and influencing others
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding, substance use issues, and relevant legislation
- NMC registered with an active PIN
