As our Clinical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
• Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place
• Leading clinical governance and monitoring key performance indicators
• Providing clinical supervision to nursing staff
• Conducting appraisals and delivering training to your team
• Shaping service delivery to ensure clinically excellent outcomes

We are looking for an inspiring role model who is:

• A senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
• Skilled in building relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
• Confident in engaging and influencing others
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding, substance use issues, and relevant legislation
• NMC registered with an active PIN
